My second pregnancy as compared to my first was night and day and I attribute so much of that to knowing more about how to take care of my body naturally. That said, I am not a doctor (shocking!) so check with your's and do what feels right to you. You are the gatekeeper of your body, baby and home.
Here's a rundown of all of the ways I was able to support my mind + body through pregnancy. All the things I WISH I knew the first go around!
Many essential oils are completely safe to use while pregnant and can provide so much relief for a variety of pregnancy symptoms.

Source and quality are SO important. Young Living oils are the ONLY oils I trust for use any time on my body or my child’s.
Dilution: make sure to dilute with a carrier oil according to your oil’s label when applying to skin
***Avoid peppermint directly on the belly during the third trimester as it can cause the baby to turn. Avoid peppermint while breastfeeding, some believe it depletes supply.
Nausea + Morning Sickness
Here are some of my favorite tips for feeling your best and managing that morning (or should we call it all day?) sickness. I was able to keep it at bay my second pregnancy -- it was awful the first time and I felt utterly unable to manage it without a overconsumption of sugary ginger ale. Hint: ya don't need or want that.
